Nah, she's just a semi-plain woman who had plastic surgery to fix a lot of flaws on her face. Saw a pic of her on stage once where she squatted down and her lips were visible in the leg holes. She's female, just wasn't a very attractive one before she had the work done. Still not the greatest looking girl, but better than before.
