After a long stint in a rather unfortunate place thanks to my rather unfortunate acts with an unfortunate girl I'm more or less back on the internet! Junkuchan, a rather soiled and filthy website, will be born again to mirror my clean-cut appearance and purified soul. Specifically, out with the loli and in with America!

Turns out that /jdb/ is becoming somewhat popular, and as a result has been destroying the server it resides on. I have disabled it for the moment and I will bring it back up as soon as Junkuchan is moved to a more adequate server.

So, Desuchan has gone down yet again, what's new? Apparently their German host didn't take to kindly to the lolicon shit that was all over the server, or something. I'm not exactly the type that keeps on top of these things.
Anyway, it looks like they've found a new home on HugaChan, which is hosted by Imageboard4Free. Why they didn't just go to Bokuchan and sit around for a spell is completely beyond me. Good luck with getting your websight back up, desufags.
Now, you're probably wondering why I'm bothering to post a news entry about this since this has little to no bearing on Junkuchan. It's simply because for some reason I've been getting a silly amount of hits from Google with search terms like "Desuchan downtime" and whatnot. Think of it as a public service announcement.

Added the "loli general" section, I'll enable downloading of it when the collection reaches a sizable amount. On a related note, I made a goof in the code for /jdb/, where it would give you a link to a nonexistent zip file in place of the downloadable rar file, causing a 404 error. I fixed it, so you should be able to download whatever you please now.
Everything in JunkuDB should be downloadable now. If it isn't, feel free to go bitch in /j/ so I can fix it. Also, if you want something in there that isn't in there, be sure to tell me about it.

In other news I have been thinking about adding a Shimmie-based (ugh) booru to Junkuchan. Originally I decided not to since it's somewhat difficult to pull down large amounts of content from Shimmie-style boorus, and because Desuchan already has a booru. However, since their booru is mostly LOL RANDUM-focused and there are no other Rozen Maiden-themed boorus it wouldn't be completely idiotic of me to start up a booru here. In time, I need to clean up /jdb/ some more.
If you find any problems (particularly with the page jumping around with the arrow keys) or if you have any complaints about /jdb/ feel free to bitch in /j/ like usual. Junkuchan's been around for more than a year now; one long, dead year full of inactivity and more inactivity. Due to current circumstances in my life (fapping to loli, stalking former acquaintances, and other unmentionables) I will be unable to keep an eye on Junkuchan, and because of that I have decided to remove it from the internet. This probably isn't going to be permanent; hell, Junkuchan may even stay around as a text board on some shitty shared host, but I sure as hell won't be around to keep an eye on it.
So, basically, another shitty dead imageboard "disappears" into writhing mists of the internet, only to be replaced by 5 more equally shitty and dead imageboards. Stay tuned, niggers, we'll be back soon enough.
Who knows? Maybe it'll actually be about Suigintou next time.

Junkuchan is back, at least for a month, then we will migrate all over again, hopefully to a more permanent server. The move took way longer than usual, due to my general hatred of moving from site to site and my general inadequacy of moving from site to site. Anyway, if you experience any problems be sure to bitch in /j/ like usual.
I plan on adding a little feature to the site to make it a little bit more Rozen Maiden-ish, right now I'm tweaking with the software, it will probably be up within the week, stay tuned.

Due to recent incidents interanly then we have found it best to hand the Norted brand and it's client in the hands of someone else that is able to take good care of you.
We are sorry to say that we have let someone else taken over Norted, for me personally it has been one of my "babys" [sic] and it's really sad for me to give it away to someone else, but due to incidents internally within our company and a huge need of focusing more on personal life, then we have dedcided that it is the best thing to leave the company to someone else that will be able to provide you with the best possible service.
I want all of you to know then we when we sold the company, then we did not aim for the offer, we had multiple offers above the one we sold for, but we where looking for the person and the company that we found best suited to run and maintain all you wonderfull clients the way you expect.
READ;IMPORTANT: Due to this new ownership, then all accounts needs to be transfered from the old server in the old location, in a new server to a new location! We will be responsible for the entire move, and the only thing you need to worry about is the new IP's you will recieve, and make sure that you update these IPs with your Private Nameservers or A records or where you use them.
All accounts will be transfered on the 11th March, Wednsday and the transfer will start from 15:00 GMT, all new IP's will be sent out to you when the move is completed, the HyperVM login will be the same as previosly and there will be no changes except the new IP's you recieve.
If you want to be transfered before this date, or if you want to be transfered on a spesific date later then this, then please open up a support ticket with your HyperVM username and your date where you want your VPS to be transfered, we will do everything in our power to make sure that you get a seemles transfer and as little downtime as possible.
The transfer itself is a 5-20 minute process that is done automaticly by HyperVM, it all depends on how much space you are using, after this then the new IP's will be issued and the only downtime you will experience is the amount of time your domains use to resolve the new IP's so it reflects towards the new IP's instead of the old ones.

Turns out my suspicions were confirmed, Junkuchan's host is complete shit. Apparently they had a password to their HyperVM panel that was the equivelent security-wise to "desudesu". As a result some random punk got in and DELETED FUCKING EVERYTHING, including Junkuchan, apparently. Not all was lost, though, the MySql database was backed up, and I have the CSS stylesheet and various other images backed up. However, post images were all lost, and I do not have a backup for them, shit sucks, I know.
Right now were sitting on a free host until Norted gets their shit together or until I get fed up and go with someone else. I'm tempted to set up some sort of PayPal donation button, but then again, I'm not that stupid.

The Rozen Maiden manga has been revived by Young Jump and the English version of the newly released manga has been scanned onto the interwebs, lurk moar for the linku. One can only hope and pray this will lead to the revival of the third season.
Captcha has been removed, the junkuchan.co.cc domain has been restored, a new board (/x/) has been added, and the site is undergoing a complete makeover. As usual, if you encounter any problems or want something done, go bitch in /r/ or /j/
The maximum allowed image size has been upped from 512KB to 1MB, so feel free to post your inane animated gifs.
Since I have volunteered this site for Project Chanology, might as well make it more useful for the protesting anon. After searching the internet tirelessly and waiting for many weeks, I finally got my Suigintou costume! It's was fucking hard to find one that was the right size for me, so I snatched it up right away when I saw it. I plan on going to a local cosplay party tomorrow, and it's going to rock. I look pretty sexy in my costume if I do say so myself, I sure do feel hot. I just hope I don't get raped on the subway or something... ^_^;
The heels and especially the wig were a bitch to find too.
