In The Way of a Man with a Maid (published 1908), the first girl the main character rapes becomes his willing accomplice afterwards in luring and converting other girls - first, her maid Fanny.

>"But your mistress has ordered it, Fanny, and she tells me you are very sweet, and so I want it! And it will be like taking your maidenhead, only much nicer for you, as you won't have the pain that girls feel when they are first ravished and you'll be able to taste all the pleasure!"

>Just then Alice came up with water, a sponge, and a towel. "What's the matter, Jack?" she asked.

>"Your maid says she doesn't want to be fucked, dear; perhaps you can convince her of her foolishness!"

>Alice was now sponging Fanny's cunt with sedulous care, and her attentions were making Fanny squirm and wriggle involuntarily in the most lovely fashion, much to her mistress's gratification. When Alice had finished, she turned to me and said, "She's quite ready, Jack! Go ahead!"

>"Then I'll be off!" Alice exclaimed. "Don't trouble to come down, Jack. Byebye, Fanny, for the present."

After Fanny is also converted to a willing accomplice, the three conspire to rape another of Alice's friends - a girl called Connie. Naturally, there is plenty of the two girls watching and assisting in the same vein.

These sort of images were likely the artists' fancies but may have been distantly inspired by the shogun and his concubines.

From Mistress-Keeping in Japan: The Pitfalls and the Pleasures:

Once she and the shogun were in bed, there would be two ladies-in-waiting lying wide awake in the room, one on each side. Two more listened behind screens not far way, to ensure that the girl did not make any requests for herself or her family.

>No doubt all this formality was as oppressive for the shogun as for the concubine. The early shoguns took to spending a lot of time in the bath, where there was just one cheerful low-class girl to scrub his back. Quite a few children were born to bath attendants and known as the ‘children of the bath’. Eventually the elders put an end to this practice and thereafter the shogun had to bath in the men’s palace.

On a related but sadder note:

>Princess Kazu’s relationship with the teenage shogun, too, was complicated. One lady-in-waiting wrote a letter home, reporting loyally, ‘When the shogun comes into the inner palace, the princess looks after him very well. She is the perfect wife and will soon be granted a son.’ In reality Kazu never had children and even refused to see the shogun off when he went to war. The day before he left, however, she gave him a present of a concubine, to ensure he had a son and heir.

>No one would ever have imagined that the shogun would never come back. Not long after he left, the castle was surrendered, the palace closed down and the women thrown out into the cold. The girl whom Kazu gave to her husband was destined to be the last concubine of the shoguns.

According to Socrates of Constantinople, the Roman emperor Valentinian the Great practiced polygamy, defying Roman law and Christian tradition to marry a woman named Justina after his first wife Marina Severa saw her in the bath and talked his ear off about how beautiful she was. Nobody knows for sure whether this account is true, but if it is, it's fairly easy to interpret Marina as bisexual, a cuck, or both.

Caroline of Ansbach, wife of George II of Great Britain, seems to have fit the bill of a great historical cuckquean:

King's mistress was an official court position in France, though many of them had unofficial mistresses as well.  Louis XV went through a great many including 5 sisters.
