Difficult question because a lot of image board admins start out well and then get burnt out and become massive scallywags over time, with moot being a prime example. He'd clearly had enough by around 2013. Cerbmin would also fall into this category. Initially she said and did the right the things and I had high hopes that LC would go back being how it was when Burritomin took over but instead it got worse. I don't hate hold any ill will towards to her but parts of LC has seriously declined to the point that it's unusable. She needs to chemo the entire site.

Sometimes admins like Flan or the admin of AH just give up and delete the site. Kurt also got fed up with it, as did the 888chan admin, who handed /cow/ over to JEVVs. Hotwheels/copypaste created 8ch, was then usurped by the owners of 2ch after Null botched the Inifinity next project and become a communist fury. What happens to IB admins is wild.

Kiwifarms is so far removed from its imageboard roots. So no, likely not. Echinacea is also a new KF member and a few hours ago was asking why emojis are banned on 4chan and derivatives so my hypothesis is that he/she is not well acquainted with it in the first place. Plus the fact he/she keeps getting banned and their threads/posts removed whenever he/she posts on an imageboard and is always confused and snubbed by it.
