Does this actually work or does it make your skin worse?

I don't think it does anything long term.

I know eyelid tape eventually makes the skin around your eyes sag more, so I think it's same to assume the logic would apply to any other area of your face where you're stretching the skin with it
A 5’0” 30 year old walled failmale coworker keeps trying to flirt with my 20 year old employee, but doing it in sneaky sneak ways that can’t really be called out so I can’t drag his stupid ass to HR and get him shitcanned like he deserves. I’ve already tried to discourage this socially, but this manlet really seems determined to be a pest.

You can always talk to hr on a less formal note. Just say some interactions you've seen are making you uncomfortable.

Yeah it’s making her uncomfortable too. Next time he gets too chummy we’re walking over there, it’s tiresome. He was literally moved to another department because our direct supervisor was annoyed at how much time he spent in my office trying to be friendly with her. That was a whole fucking year ago, what a dumbfuck. Thanks, nonnie.
does anyone have advice for either feeling like you’ve gotten closure or moving on without closure after a traumatic event? specifically i guess the type of thing where a person harms another person. i’m obviously the harmed person. it’s hard living physically with what that person did.

i posted this in the wrong thread somehow so reposting

I’m not sure if this will help, but I always thought closure was a fake concept. What happened never stops hurting, but you learn how to forget it or you learn to live with it.
Should I perform witchcraft to get back at my ex? I found an ancient spell that's pretty accessible yet pretty effective.

what did he do? remember it will come back at you. i suggest a justice spell.

Well she cheated on me for an entire year and fucking sucks at expressing her emotions no matter how hard I tried in the relationship to increase communication between us, it was generally one sided. I want to do a spell that makes her obsessed with me, as a way to regain some control from the times our relationship hinged on how she felt (and was unwilling to explain why and how she was feeling). I'm thinking of consecrating the 12 faces of Helios, which does include a justice spell if I consecrate the right face, but if I want something more romantic there's a ton of spells involving aphrodite that are much simpler but more focused on romance.

sending her a message apologizing for “being toxic” and pretended you cheated on her too after she cheated and are seeking her forgiveness, then telling her you’re doing really well and have been seeing someone else for a while will better accomplish this

and to be clear i’m not saying you were toxic just saying own up to anything pretend you think that and that you also were cheating and have a lot going on
I keep dreaming about my ex... I don't want this person to have any hold on me anymore. The breakup was so weird and confusing so that's my cope as to why I'm not moved on completely.
life sucks and i have a wedding in two days which i forgot to work out for and my bangs suck and blah blah blah. how do i get hired?

A lot of hiring these days is about luck... Maybe try applying in an industry you've never considered before? That's how I started dispatching for a trucking company. And it was actually a good job. Good luck. I hope the wedding went well.
