We be discussin' and speculatin' on the fine topic o' milk, arr! In honor of our dear Rules-chan, who first volunteered to be the board owner, let's remember to put the cow's name in the Name field, aye.

If ye happen to find a cow that be so popular and beloved by the nonnies, then ye be havin' the freedom to create a general thread just for that fine bovine! It be a great honor to have a thread dedicated to a cow that has captured the hearts of many, arr! So if ye think a cow deserves its own special place, go ahead!

In the vast sea of general-generals, such as the Trans General, Cartoon Industry General, Breadtube General, Celebricows, and the like, our nonnas be empowered to create threads as they see fit. If they have a hankerin' for a new general thread, they be free to create it, arr!

while i'm in the neighborhood, has anyone heard from bj chan in a while? I assume that she got shepherded into some discord echo chamber, as most loud schizos do, but that's just a hunch

It's not a written rule but it seems like am threads get requested in the metathread before they're made. The rules i listed were just from when the board was first made. Firstmate said she wanted to write official rules but that hasn't happened yet so idk

Pretty art but such a nothing love story. Hard to fit any kind of interesting or impactful love story into two minutes but really, this isn't even trying to do that. A love story lives or dies on how much you humanize its characters, and there's nothing to grab onto here...

Ahoy! The legends of Pirate-tan and her friends be immortalized here in this gallery. Observe the legendary visages and share tales of the souls Pirate-tan has crossed paths with on her voyages! Any legendary board-tans and related characters belong in these halls, so long as they be chummy with our beloved pirate mascot. And do be wise to keep any unsavory images spoilered.

Yarrrgg mateys!

Since ye ships right around the corner, all us ole pirates should discuss how we can spot one another out at sea.
I'm debating on playing this year. If a tag is revealed I may lurk and follow people, I'm so desperate for normal female artist buddies.
I'm going to lurk since I have no talent at art maybe slip a skull and bones in somewhere?
It would be really cool if we could have an interboard rivalry someday. Even if the userbase is a several circles within a big circle. Pirates vs Cows vs Witches vs the Lizard underdogs kek.
Do character tags allow for emojis? I think we should go for a simple skull-and-bones or pirate flag as a means of spotting each other out in the wild.

Talk about your beauty, body, self care and self improvement journey here.
This includes skincare, makeup, hair, and overall body care.
Please suggest changes, if anyone is unhappy with my thread making.

Nice nonny! I've always loved veggies but proteins are hard for me. My meals the past month have been mostly protein and fibre, cuz I'm trying to get away from carbs and sugar in general. Do you do anything special with the wholemeal breads or do they just compliment your meals?

just saw picrel. it reminded me of a time I traveled abroad, had just gotten to my hostel the night before. my first morning there, I decide to go for a walk around the hostel to see what's nearby/find a bakery for breakfast. It starts lightly raining, so no big deal really, but an older woman chased me down and offered up a spare umbrella to me. I tried to politely decline at first, but she was really insistent. I ended up carrying that umbrella the rest of my trip. It makes me happy to think about this woman. I hope she's doing well!

Our ship be in need of cooks for out long sails. Post yer recipes and culinary misadventures.

I learned to make chocolate chip cookies, and then I figured out that I can bake them in the microwave instead of the oven. Now I have a batch of raw dough in the fridge that I can scoop up whenever I feel like having a fresh cookie.

>Barbacoa sounds delicious too!
I think I might have screwed up on this. The recipe I loosely followed said to sue Boston butt, this doesn't exist in Europe so I used pork shoulder and now there's a deep layer of fat sitting on top of the sauce.

>I still want to try that Texas chili that was mentioned in >>6318
For the marinade I used avocado oil, chipotle chili flakes, garlic granules, smoked salt flakes, smoked paprika, freshly ground black pepper, a sprinkle of green tabasco and a drop of scotch bonnet hot pepper sauce. Mix it into a paste, add the chicken, making sure it has a good coating and then leave it in the fridge over night.

I can't give exact amounts as I just eyeball everything. You might also want to substitute the tin of tomatoes for extra stock, adobo paste and some tomato paste. Adobo paste is difficult to find and expensive where I live, so I tend to avoid using it if I can.

fry garlic/herb/spice/paste all together in the pan for a bit, then add the chickpeas and broth and bring to boil. after that, add in the pasta and cook it for however long the box says. very good!
i was just using what was in my cabinet, so i used chicken broth instead of veg broth, and basil instead of tarragon, and didn't add the nutritional yeast and it turned out super well!
A coworker brought in homemade brown sugar cinnamon pop tarts and they were so good! I want to make some too!

Currently making this one! Already I had to give it an extra 10 minutes of cooking time for the orzo to soften, but it's smelling really delicious and I'm looking forward to it! The 170 is in Celsius in case any of you are curious to try it.

yarr it be me again, but it turned out pretty nice I think. I'd probably prefer it with more seasoning next time, but this does feel like a pretty hearty meal and should serve me well for my work lunches the next few days and it's a nice change of pace from my usual.
